Hi Michael and Jess,

I hope that you are having a wonderful weekend.  I just wanted to say a very big thank you to the both of you for the wonderful job that you do with Chynna every day.  You reinforce what we practice at home and as a result, we have a very confident, loving and well-balanced little pooch.  Everyone thinks it's a luxury that she goes to 'daycare' and that she is pampered, but I always emphasize what a positive effect it has on her socialization and behaviour with both people and other dogs.
